1. Go to Retail > Wholesale Menu (/admin/menus/wholesale).
2. Click + Add menu (it shows Left: N), type a Menu name (e.g. Summer Wholesale) and click Save menu.
3. The menu appears in the table; click its name to rename it inline (Set Name) or click its ID to open the per-day meal selection page.
4. Assign the menu to one or more wholesale locations (Wholesale Location > Wholesale Menus).

The header pill shows X / Y Active; Y comes from Max Number of Wholesale Menu on the Retail config tab. Once the limit is reached the Add button is hidden and a warning says You have only N active wholesale menu available. To get more please contact Sprwt. There is a delete endpoint in the code, but no delete button is wired up on the page in the current version - the JS function that would call it is never attached to any element.
