1. Go to Kitchen > Preset Menus and click Add New.
2. In the New Preset Menu dialog type a Name (required - an empty name is rejected) and pick one or more entries under Select Modules.
3. Click Save. Sprwt creates the preset menu for the current kitchen and opens its edit page with a success flag.
4. On the edit page, Meals tab, click Select Meals and add meals with the green + buttons (same window as the date menus, without the "Only Selected" filter).

The preset is ready as soon as it has meals; there is no publish step.
