1. Go to Weekly Subscription (/admin/plans) and click Add new. If Order: Subscription > Meal Plan: Portion Size per Category is on, a pop-up first asks you to choose Preset plan or Custom plan (see the portion-model questions); otherwise the form opens directly.
2. In Plan details enter the Plan Nickname (Internal) (required), the Plan Name (Shown to Customers) and optionally add a Plan Description.
3. Set the toggles Is Active?, Auto Select Meals?, Allow Modify Meals? and Hide Entire Plan from Customer?.
4. In Schedule & settings fill in Weeks (required, must be greater than 0), Buffer Days to Charge Before Renewal, Billing Renew Day, Portion Size (Preset plans), Group and Sort Display Order.
5. In Allowed Start Days switch on the weekdays a customer may choose as first delivery.
6. Click Save (top right or the sticky bar at the bottom). You are returned to the plan with a green Done! banner.
7. Only now does the Prices section appear — click Add New Pricing to add at least one days per week × meals per day combination, otherwise the plan cannot be ordered.

A plan with no prices is never shown to customers, and a plan whose group is inactive is hidden as well.
