How do I create a new form?

  1. Website > Lead Forms > Form Builder → + Add New Form (/admin/leadforms/0).
  2. Enter a Name (must be unique — "Form name already exists" otherwise; a Write With Sprwt AI button can suggest one).
  3. Show to Registered Users? — on by default; switch off to hide the form from logged-in customers (guests always see it).
  4. Link to Proposals? (only shown with the Proposals module) — submissions become catering/event leads you can turn into proposals.
  5. Click Save. You are taken to the form editor to add fields.
