1. Go to Marketing > Membership Plans.
2. Click + Add Plan (top right, or the + Add Plan link in the empty state).
3. In the Plan details section, type a Name — a clear, customer-facing name up to 100 characters (placeholder example: Annual Premium). This is the only field.
4. Click Save (top right or in the sticky bar at the bottom).

You are returned to the plan with the banner Saved successfully. and the plan now shows an ID pill (e.g. #3). Next, assign it to customers and/or limit coupons to it.
