1. Go to Settings > Delivery Settings > Delivery Routes & Methods and click Add new Delivery Route.
2. Enter a Name (required – Name empty otherwise).
3. Choose the TAG: In House Delivery (default), Uber Direct, or Shippo (only with the Shippo module).
4. Optionally pick a Route Color and Route Text Color and type Opening Hours text — shown to customers on checkout as well as to staff.
5. Set Opening time - Closing time, a Time Slot Interval and, if an interval is set, Max meals per time slot / Max orders per time slot.
6. Under Meal Prep Delivery Schedule tick the weekdays the route runs (and Catering Delivery Schedule if you have Catering).
7. Leave Is Active? on and click Save.

After saving, assign zip codes to the route on the Delivery Rates page (not needed for Uber Direct).
