How do I control how many upcoming delivery dates customers can see on the website?
In Configuration > Theme: Kitchen there are three text settings:
- Calendar Visible Date Range – the number of upcoming delivery dates shown in the storefront date picker for menus, meal packs, extras, products, catering, and checkout, and (with its own fallback) subscription start dates.
- Calendar Visible Date Range - By The Pounds – the same for By-the-Pound ordering.
- Calendar Visible Date Range - Custom Meals – the same for the Custom Meal Builder.
Enter a whole number such as 4 or 8 and save. Leaving a field blank behaves differently per channel, so don't rely on blank as a safe default:
- Subscriptions – blank is explicitly treated as up to 100 dates.
- By-the-Pound and Custom Meal Builder – blank is explicitly treated as 7 dates.
- Menus, meal packs, extras, products, catering, and checkout – these read the raw number with no fallback. Left blank (or 0), the system applies no cap at all and lists every open, not-finished date on the kitchen's enabled weekdays that has a menu — potentially years' worth of dates in the picker. Always enter a real number for these channels.
Only open, not-finished dates on the kitchen's enabled weekdays that have a menu are counted, and for subscriptions the plan's allowed start days and Subscription Start Date Buffer still apply. The admin dashboard calendar is not affected — it always shows the whole month.
