1. In Klaviyo, go to Account > Settings > API Keys (the Get Key button next to the public key field takes you there). Copy your Public API Key (site ID) and create a Private API Key with full access.
2. In Sprwt go to Marketing > Integrations and open the Klaviyo card.
3. Fill Klaviyo - Public Key and Klaviyo - Private Key.
4. Optionally fill Klaviyo - Newsletter Form Key with the ID of a Klaviyo sign-up form to show it on your website.
5. Choose Klaviyo Lists & Segments - Opt-in Process: Single opt-in (customers are added to lists immediately) or Double opt-in (Klaviyo emails them to confirm first).
6. Click the Sync button. Sprwt sends a sample of every event type to Klaviyo so all metrics appear in your Klaviyo account and can be used as flow triggers.
7. In Klaviyo, build flows that trigger on the metrics listed in the card's Events section.

The card shows Active as soon as the Klaviyo module is turned on for your account - this happens independently of whether the Public/Private keys have been entered yet, so double-check both keys are saved even if the card already reads Active.
