1. Open the dashboard on the date you want to lock (use the Available dates calendar).
2. In the Kitchen Control Center > Priority Action column, click Close Meal Selections ("Lock in members' choices and prepare for production"). The card shows Currently open while the day is open.
3. Confirm the Are you sure? prompt.

The date is immediately marked closed, Sprwt records who closed it and when (shown in the header as "This day was manually closed by <name> on <date/time>"), and customers can no longer add or change meals for that date. The button is only offered while the day is open and not yet finished. The same action is also available from the Ordering Metrics page.
