1. On the Catering Menu page, click Clone.
2. Choose a Start Date and an End Date — every delivery/pickup date in that range gets the clone.
3. Choose which kitchen(s) to clone to under Select the Kitchens.
4. Submit (Clone Menu).

For every date in the chosen range, the clone reconciles that day's menu to match the source day: any meal on the source day's menu that the target date is missing gets added, and any meal on the target date that isn't on the source day's menu gets removed — unless a customer has already ordered that meal for that date (has checkouts against it), in which case it's left alone so nothing already ordered gets pulled off the menu.
