Open the item and click the clone icon next to the Save button (tooltip "Clone this Ingredient/Sub-Recipe"), or use Clone in the list row menu. Sprwt opens a New form pre-filled with the original's names, category, pricing, supplier IDs, allergens, dislikes, macros, custom pricing rows and (for sub-recipes) the ingredient list. Adjust what you need and click Save to create the copy as a separate item. The original is not changed.
