Open the meal and click the Clone this Meal icon at the top (or use Clone in the list's row menu). A New Meals form opens pre-filled from the source: name, names, toggles, categories, POS category and add-on groups, description and instructions, prices per portion, ingredient quantities per portion, macros, substitutions and recipe-card text. Change what you need (typically the name) and click Save - a brand-new meal ID is created and the original stays untouched.

Images are not copied: the form still previews the original photos, but the new meal starts without image files, so upload or AI-generate new ones. Recipe-card step photos are not copied either.
