Click the Clear button (trash icon labelled "Clear Menu") next to the Clone button above the table. A confirmation dialog asks "Are you sure you want to clear the meals selected for this day?" - click Confirm. Sprwt removes every meal from that date's menu for the current kitchen (and, on a wholesale menu, only for that wholesale menu) and shows Menu Cleared. Existing customer orders are not deleted by this action, only the menu list.
