Click the red Clear Menu button on the Retail Menu page and confirm Are you sure you want to clear the meals selected for this day?. Every meal/portion line for that location and date is removed and the message Menu Cleared appears. This only removes the menu lines (and their Quantity Needed); it does not change the location's on-hand stock or any stock movements already recorded.
