1. Open Theme > Navigation.
2. Click the value of Pages to show on header and tick the items you want: Order (a dropdown of your ordering modules), Meal Prep Categories, Meal Catering Categories, View Menu Page, View Catering Menu, FAQ Page, About Page, Select Meals, My Subscription, Contact Us, Pickup Locations, Product Categories, Custom Link 1, Custom Link 2.
3. Save with the check mark.

The default set is Order, Meal Prep Categories, View Menu Page, FAQ, About, Select Meals and Contact Us. Some items only render when relevant: category dropdowns need the matching module (Meal Categories for the two category links, Products for Product Categories); Select Meals needs a logged-in customer, the Subscriptions module, and the 'let customers choose their own meals' subscription setting turned on; My Subscription needs a logged-in customer with the Subscriptions module; custom links need a name filled in.
