Tab: Marketing > Notifications > Enabled Notification Types — a checklist, all ticked by default:

• Orders (created, paid, cancelled, refunded)
• SMS (received, failed)
• Reviews
• Payment Failures
• Subscriptions (created, cancelled)
• Stock Alerts
• Events (created, status changed)

Only events whose type is ticked are recorded and shown. Untick the noisy ones (for example Orders on a busy day) to keep the feed focused. Enable Notifications must be Yes for any of these to fire.
