On orders placed from a POS device the Tip line in the Order Summary reads Tip (Paid to: <employee>). Click the employee name to open an inline dropdown titled Select who gets the tip, choose another employee and confirm; a green confirmation appears. This requires the POS module and the Edit Customer Orders permission.
