Tick the checkboxes in the Id column (or the header checkbox to select all on the page). A Bulk actions panel appears ("Click an option to apply to all bags selected.") with Mark Bag Delivered and Mark Bag Returned (and Generate Carrier Labels if the FedEx module is on). Click one and confirm. Sprwt applies the change only to bags that are allowed to move to that status — for example selecting a mix of En Route and Delivered bags and clicking Mark Bag Returned only updates the Delivered ones — and lists each change at the top as "#45 - Changed to Returned". Return fees are credited for every bag actually moved to Returned.
