In the Meals table, drag and drop a row to reorder it (the whole row is draggable, not just a handle icon) — the new order is saved with the proposal and used on the customer page, PDF and BEO. To move a meal to a different course, click the small edit (pencil) icon on that meal's row to reopen its Available Portions dialog, then change the Choose which event category dropdown and click Save in the dialog. Category serving times are edited separately in the Timetable card. Reordering is written to the proposal when you click the page's main Save button.
