Click the dashed text in the Categories column. The Edit categories pop-up lists every category with a "Meals/Day" box; the total must equal the row's meals per day, or be zero everywhere to allow any category. Click Next, pick one of the three apply-to options (this edit is the one that offers All new subscriptions and active subscriptions, which also updates open delivery dates whose meals are not yet chosen) and Save. The server rejects mismatched totals with "Meals per day is equal to "N" and you have selected a total of "M" categories."
