1. Open the order and find the delivery date section.
2. Click Edit Delivery (or Change to Delivery if the date is currently a pickup). The button only exists when Business: General > Allow Deliveries is Yes.
3. Fill in the modal: Street Address, address line 2, City, Zip Code, State, Phone, Gate Code and Transporter (delivery route/method).
4. Click Save.

Address, City, Zipcode, State and Phone are required — a tooltip flags any missing field. The date is switched to delivery with the new details. If the date was a pickup, the modal is pre-filled from the customer's profile shipping address. Note: this edits the fulfilment record only; the order total and delivery fee already charged are not recalculated.
