Open the venue and click the image box on the left to choose a new picture (JPG/PNG); the file name and size appear under the box. To remove the current photo, click the small x in the corner of the image box and then Save — the placeholder image is shown until you upload a new one. The photo appears in the venues list and on the customer-facing venue card.
