1. Press Reject (New), Cancel (Processing / Ready), or open the modal and press Cancel Order / Cancel Courier (Waiting).
2. The cancel modal shows the meals, Subtotal / Tax / Total, any Cancelation Fee, and any TOTAL REFUND already issued.
3. Under Refund settings choose a Refund Method: No refund, Digital Wallet, or the original payment method (e.g. Stripe) when it supports refunds. The badge shows the Amount left to refund.
4. If refunding, choose the Refund Type: Full or Custom (then enter the Amount).
5. Click Cancel checkout (no refund) or Cancel and Refund checkout and confirm the "Are you sure…" prompt.

The order is set to Canceled, removed from the board, and you see "Cancellation has been successfully processed!" or "Refund and cancellation have been successfully processed!".
