Only Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the order page: open the order and click Cancel Checkout in the Quick Actions card (requires the Allow Confirm Payment permission), then confirm. The status becomes Canceled, subscription meal counts for the affected dates are recalculated, and an in-app notification Order Cancelled is raised. For a Paid, Total Refund, Pending Authentication or Partial Refund order there is no cancel button — refund it instead if you need to reverse it. Attempting to cancel any of those returns the message You can't cancel this checkout!.
