1. On Shipping Labels, find the order and click Generate Label.
2. The Select Shipping Rate – Order # dialog fetches live rates from Shippo using your configured sender location, the parcel template and the order's stored weight.
3. Rates are listed with Carrier, Service, Est. Days and Price, sorted cheapest first; click Buy on the one you want and confirm.
4. Sprwt purchases the label (4x6 PDF), stores the tracking number, registers the shipment for tracking updates, and reloads the page. The row now shows a Label download button, a Void button and the tracking link.

Insurance is recorded at the order total, capped at $100. The same action is available directly on the Delivery Report for routes of type Shippo, labeled Create Label there — Sprwt first tries to auto-buy the exact carrier/service the customer chose at checkout and only shows the rate list if that exact rate is no longer available.
