1. Open Support > Addons and click the add-on card (or its Get Started / View Plans button).
2. In the pop-up, read the description. If the add-on has Tiers, click Select on the tier you want (it changes to Selected). If a quantity is allowed, use the – and + buttons next to Choose Quantity (or next to the tier) – for example 1 to 20 locations.
3. Press Buy at the bottom of the pop-up.
4. Confirm the browser prompt Your card on file will be charged, are you sure you want to proceed?.

Sprwt creates the recurring subscription (or one-time charge) on the card stored for your Sprwt account and, where the add-on unlocks something in your site (a location allowance, Klaviyo, extras, an SMS number), applies it automatically. A green success message confirms the purchase and the catalogue refreshes. Errors appear in red: Error: Quantity! means you asked for more than the allowed maximum; Unable to process the charge or Try Again! means the payment could not be set up.
