How do I bulk-import new customers from a spreadsheet?

  1. On Clients > Users, click Upload Users.
  2. Download Template to get the required CSV column headers.
  3. Fill it in and drop/browse the file back into the modal (.csv only).
  4. Click Import Users.

Each valid row creates a new user with an auto-generated password and sends them the same "user created" welcome email a manually-created user gets (both paths trigger the same "admin_user_create" notification).
