1. Go to Real Time > Real Time Menu. The page is titled Realtime Menu with the selected date as a pill.
2. Use the calendar on the left to pick the date (only Realtime fulfilment weekdays are listed; the legend shows Current day, Open Dates, In Progress, Finished, No Menu).
3. Click Select A Preset Menu to add a saved preset in one go, or Select Meals For this day and tick the meals you want (each one is added to the table immediately), or the Randomly Generate a Menu button (top right, with the AI icon) to fill categories automatically.
4. Remove a single meal with the action in its row, or empty the day with the Clear Menu button (trash icon).
5. Use Clone to copy this day's menu to other dates/kitchens and Export to CSV to download it.

The table shows ID, MEAL (image), NAME, ORDERS (how many times each meal has been ordered that day) and ACTIONS. Changes are saved as you go; there is no separate Save button.
