On a saved meal that already has ingredients with quantities: 1. Scroll to the macros table (Macros module required) and click Auto-fill macros with AI. 2. The confirmation shows the recipe name, how many portion(s) and ingredient(s) will be sent, and warns: This turns off Auto Macros and overwrites the manual macro values for every portion. Review before saving. Click Calculate. 3. The AI estimates the total macros of the recipe for each portion size from its ingredient quantities, writes them into the manual macro fields of every portion and turns Auto Macros off. 4. Check the values, then Save the meal – the message reminds you: Macros estimated with AI for all portions. Review and save the recipe.

Only macros that are shown on the storefront or on labels are estimated. If no ingredient has a measure you get Add at least one ingredient with a measure before auto-filling macros.
