How do I ask new customers 'How did you hear about us?' at registration?
Tab: Marketing > Website. Three settings (global only):
- Register: Show How did you hear about us question – Yes / No (default No). Turns the question on.
- Register: How did you hear about us question – the wording, default How Did You Hear About Us ?.
- Register: Allow Other Options for Referral – Yes (default) / No. When Yes, the answer list includes an Other choice with a free-text box.
The answer is stored on the customer's profile as their referral source.
