1. Open the proposal and go to its Visual Proposal Builder.
2. In the left panel click the Templates tab; templates are grouped by category.
3. Click the template you want. A page template replaces the canvas; a section template is appended. The message Template loaded appears and blocks fill with the proposal's real data (customer, meals, totals).
4. Click Save, then Publish so the customer sees the visual layout instead of the classic proposal page.

On a brand-new proposal the template marked Default is loaded automatically the first time you open its builder.
