Each of the Meal Prep, Catering and Retail sections has its own buttons:

• + Add opens the Add Metric Cards pop-up ("Select which metrics to display in this section"). Tick or untick metrics and click Save Changes.
• Edit switches the section into edit mode and shows an × on every card; click it to remove that card. Click Done to save.

The layout is saved for the kitchen location, so every staff member working in that location sees the same cards. Removed cards can always be brought back through + Add. Cards cannot be dragged into a different order in the current version.
