1. Copy the API token from your Root Planner account.
2. In Sprwt go to Marketing > Integrations, find Root Planner in the Delivery Management category and open its configuration (or go to Business Settings > Configuration and open the Root Planner tab).
3. Paste the token into API Token and save.

The setting is global (not per kitchen location). Once the token is saved, the Deliveries > Root Planner and RootPlanner Sync Report menu items appear, and the Root Planner fields (hub, location, customer) appear on kitchen locations, pickup locations and user profiles. Until then, the menu items stay hidden and opening the Root Planner page directly sends you back to the dashboard.
