Tab: Business > Cart. Two settings, both global only:

1. Cart Service Fee – a fixed amount (default 0) added once per cart.
2. Cart Service Fee (Modules) – a checklist of ordering modules. The fee is charged only when the cart contains at least one item from a ticked module. By default every module is ticked (Packs, By Pounds, Choose Subscriptions, Choose Meals On Subscriptions, A la cart, Catering, Grab & Go, Custom Meals, Extras, Products, Custom Charge, Labor & Equipment, POS Menu, Realtime); GiftCards is available but unticked.

Example: set the fee to 2.50 and tick only Catering to charge a 2.50 service fee on catering orders but not on meal-prep orders. Your fee is reported separately in the profit & loss report.
