1. Open the location's Retail Menu for the date.
2. Click + Select Meals. The Select Meals for this day menu window lists all meals with filters on the left (Only Selected, Portions, and your category groups) and a search box.
3. On each meal card, use Select Portion Sizes: to tick the portion sizes you want on the menu (the default portion is listed first). Ticking a portion immediately adds that meal/portion line with a Meal added to menu message; unticking removes it (Meal removed from menu).
4. Close the window. Each added line appears in the table with Quantity Needed = 0 - click the number to set it.

Inactive meals are hidden from the picker's list (shown only if they're already on the day's menu) and are marked INACTIVE - in the menu table.
