On an open delivery date, each day of the date has an Add à la carte meal (Day N · paid extra) button under the included slots. It opens the meal picker without a slot limit; the meal is added to the cart at its normal price (shown as "Not Included" in Cart Preview) and charged when you click Complete Checkout. If the customer has bags, Cart Preview also lets you pick which bag each meal goes in (Use new bag or an existing bag with its fill count).
