How do I add a member to a customer's account?

  1. Open the parent customer's profile > Members tab.
  2. Click Add Member and search/select the user to add.
  3. Configure their Subscription Settings (see next question).
  4. Click Save.

A user can only be added if they don't already have a parent — the save is rejected with "This member already have a parent" otherwise.
