Both routes and pickup locations have an Opening Hours block:

• Opening time - Closing time (defaults 09:00–17:00) – the window in which a customer may choose an order/pickup time.
• Time Slot Interval – Any, 15, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours. With an interval set, the customer's chosen time defines a slot of that length.
• Limit per time slot (only shown when an interval other than Any is set): Max meals per time slot and Max orders per time slot.

When a customer is choosing a time in the cart, Sprwt counts how many meals/orders are already booked in that same slot window and, if this order would push the count over the limit, shows a warning message in the cart telling them the slot is full and to pick another time or reduce the order. Catering and Realtime orders are excluded from this check.
