Choosing Yes reveals How many guests are you expecting and a Show Venues List button that opens the SELECT A VENUE pop-up. Each active venue shows its photo, address, Capacity, Fixed Price, Delivery Fee, a More Info link (supported event types, layouts and Venue Availability by weekday) and a Select button. After selecting, a venue card appears where the customer can set the event type, layout and notes; the venue's delivery fee becomes the order's venue charge and the same double-booking rules as proposals apply (the customer sees already booked / unavailable messages).
