If you have the Custom Meal Builder module and Proposals: Show Custom Meals in Events is Yes, a Custom Meals card appears. Click Add Custom Meal to open the Custom Meal Builder, pick an ingredient and quantity for each active base component (protein, carb, vegetable, sauce, etc.), set the Custom Meal Quantity, and add it. The unit price is calculated from your custom-ingredient pricing tiers and you can edit it inline. Two related settings on the Order: Catering tab: Proposals CMB: Enable Max/Min Quantity enforces each ingredient's min/max amounts in the builder, and Proposals CMB: Allow Exclusive Menu allows an exclusive custom-meal menu. Custom meals are explicitly not saved for Invoicing-type proposals — the save code skips them with a // don't save for invoicing guard, so any existing custom-meal lines are removed if you save the proposal while Invoicing is selected.
