These two sub-recipe fields represent labour. Multiply them and you get the Labor cost shown in the Production Cost card. The labour cost is added to the food cost wherever the sub-recipe's price is used: in the Ingredients/Sub-Recipes list's Production Price column, in meal production costs, in the Inventory Shopping List report, and in the ingredient/sub-recipe picker used when building meals and other sub-recipes. When a sub-recipe is used inside another sub-recipe or a meal, its labour is scaled by the quantity used just like its food cost.
