Every admin or customer pause/cancel that used a reason is stored. The most recent reason appears on the subscription page ("Cancellation reason — <date>" or "Pause reason:"), and the aggregated statistics are at /admin/subscriptionreasonstats, with details per reason. Reasons are only collected when Show Subscription Pause Reasons / Show Subscription Cancel Reasons are Yes and at least one active reason of that type exists under Cancel/Pause Funnel Reasons.
