Each Labor & Equipment row and each Invoice Items row has an eye toggle labelled Hide on Customer BEO / Show on Customer BEO. Hidden lines are still billed (the hide flag never changes the proposal's totals) but are left off the customer-facing Banquet Event Order (the client BEO print, the proposal page the customer sees, and the customer's printable proposal). Note: in the current version, Labor & Equipment and Invoice Items are not printed at all on the separate "Chef" BEO PDF (the version admins print for the kitchen) — that print only lists meals, so the hide toggle has no effect there either way. Save the proposal after toggling.
