Set Send Email If Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day (Theme > Kitchen) to Yes. On cut-off days the same scheduled check looks at every open upcoming delivery date and, for each order type your kitchen runs that day (Meal Prep, Wholesale, Catering, Real Time Ordering, In-Store, POS, and Retail), checks whether any meals are set. Every menu found empty is emailed to your business email address as a list of links, one per menu type and date, going straight to that menu's page in Menus. It can be combined with Select Previous Menu if Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day: the copy happens first, and the email still lists a date as missing a menu even when the copy successfully filled it.
