They are derived from the 12-month Cash Flow data. Revenue is the sum of all Deposit transactions dated within the last 12 months (from the first day of the month 12 months ago to today). Expense is the sum of all Withdrawal transactions in the same window. Net Income is Revenue minus Expense; its subtitle reads Profitable (12m) when positive and Loss (12m) when negative. Both manual and bank-imported transactions count, regardless of category or reviewed status. The tiles only update from the 12-month view; switching the Cash Flow chart to 24 months does not change them.
