The four main colours (Primary, Secondary, and their two Contrast colours) are internally tagged as part of the "Setup your configurations to get started" card in your onboarding checklist, so in the current version they may already be filled in - by you or a Sprwt team member - when you first open Theme > General as part of launching your site. You can change them at any time. The Footer and Menu colours on the same page are separate settings not tied to onboarding, so you set those yourself whenever you like.
