How are Selling Price, Production Cost and Profit Margin computed per portion?
Selling Price = the meal's price, plus the portion's upgrade price for named portion sizes. Production Cost = the production price stored on the meal/portion (food cost + labour as calculated by the recipe), unless the meal has Manual Production Price enabled, in which case the manual figure is used and an i hint explains This meal's production price manually overrides food cost and labor costs. Profit Margin = selling − production, and PM % = margin ÷ selling price × 100. Only portion sizes that actually have ingredients on the recipe are listed.
