Each card has a Nutritional Macros accordion with a Has Macros / No Macros (or Pending for new items) badge. You can type values and click Save Macros, or click Calculate Macros with AI (or Re-calculate Macros with AI) to have Sprwt AI estimate them for the ingredient name, base weight and unit. The bulk Confirm Changes and Update Macros button calculates macros for every new item and for existing items that have none. Manually saved or AI-calculated macros turn off automatic macro calculation for that ingredient. New items must be created before macros can be saved (Please create the ingredient first before saving macros.).
