Each meal line in a template stores a Unit Price. When you pick a portion in the Available Portions pop-up you can type a price; if you leave that field empty (or enter 0), Sprwt calculates it instead: it starts from the meal's normal price, and if your kitchen has a default catering portion size configured, that portion's upgrade price is used as the base price before the chosen portion's own upgrade price is added. The stored unit price is what gets copied into new events created from the template, so update the template if your menu prices change.
