How are Gross Volume, New Customers, Active Subscriptions, New Subscriptions and Avg Revenue / User calculated on Order Metrics?
- Gross Volume – the sum of the order total (what the customer was charged) of orders placed in the period whose status is Paid or Partial Refund. Unpaid, pending-authentication, fully-refunded and cancelled orders are excluded. The sparkline is the same figure per day.
- New Customers – customers whose first ever paid (or partially-refunded) order with this kitchen location falls inside the period.
- Active Subscriptions – a current snapshot: subscriptions with auto-renew on and not cancelled, right now. It does not change with the date range.
- New Subscriptions – paid or partially-refunded orders in the period whose order type is Subscription or Subscription Meal Selection (the same two order types totalled as "Subscription Creation Gross Sales" in the Meal Prep section).
- Avg Revenue / User – Gross Volume divided by the number of distinct customers who placed a paid (or partially-refunded) order in the period.
